My Approach to Helping
I specialize in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, excessive stress, and overthinking but I also address many other symptoms and diagnoses. I believe everyone has a multitude of positive strengths and areas of self-confidence. However, through a process of experiencing various setbacks or stressful events many of us approach our own experiences with unhelpful, self critical thoughts and subsequent negative emotions. We often find ourselves struggling to regain the confidence and worth we once had. If you feel like your life is not moving forward, that you no longer seem to be the person you once were, then now is a good time to address your history and work toward more positive goals.
