My Approach to Helping
I service a variety of treatment concerns catering to individual adults, youth and adolescents. I also service families as a whole and married couples as well. I partner with my clients in helping them in their journey in finding more balance in life of healing and wellbeing. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based, and Mindfulness therapy through a Trauma Informed lens to help build a therapeutic relationship that will allow you to feel comfortable. I have been in the field of mental health since 2011. I have worked with youth and adolescents in the schools, as well as in the partial hospital setting. I have worked with adults and the elderly populations. I provide a supportive ,collaborative and non judgmental space that will help you develop new tools on your journey to reaching your desired goals. My goal is to help you reach your goals and to develop a better understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
