I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to your individual needs and wants. I'm always eager to work with new individuals and have over 8 years of experience. Some of that experience includes working with individuals who have experienced symptoms of depression, anxiety, bullying, PTSD, bipolar, marital concerns, childhood trauma, adult trauma, suicidal ideations, grief, stress, family conflict, and relationship conflict. I like to utilize many approaches in my therapeutic sessions. Therapeutic practices include Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Adventure-Based Therapy. I don't believe that one style works for everyone, and I work to the strengths and goals of the people I serve.
