My Approach to Helping
I strongly believe in the power of connection, which is why I will work with you to help you live your best life. My role is to work alongside you as a support system that can help you process and overcome the difficulties you may be experiencing. I don’t believe any person is broken, but that sometimes we all need someone to help us navigate our problems. I will provide an open, safe and non-judgmental place for you do just that.
More Info About My Practice
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England. I have worked with a wide range of clients in community health centers, from children to adulthood. Though each client is unique and I offer a tailored therapeutic approach, my base my therapy in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
When I’m not working I enjoy cooking and exploring new foods, spending time with family and friends and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities.
