I am a Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectic Behavioral Psychotherapist. My approach is being a guide through your personal journey through healing using research based psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures. I specialize in working with professionals who are currently struggling with work life stress, relationship issues, mood disorders, and imposter syndrome.
More Info About My Practice
I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years working with diverse populations and settings including non profit organizations, domestic violence shelters, hospital, urgent care facility, and government. This experience has lead me to develop as a well rounded clinician who can assist individuals looking to invest in their mental health.
Currently I am providing Telehealth video sessions, which may clients have found easy and convienent as they can be provide with my services in the comfort of their own home.
