Relationships are a part of our lives each day. We have not only relationships with others but with ourselves as well. These change and evolve over time leading to a range of emotions some good and some difficult. I provide an open and engaging place to encourage thoughtful discovery. We will focus on strengths and build from there. At times, we already have the answers to create a full and satisfying life with strong bonds. Families may want to work on communication, couples may be seeking intimacy, and parents may wish to strengthen parenting skills. The possibilities are endless.

Therapy provides the opportunity to look deeper into our understandings of ourselves and those around us. Through engagement, commitment, and openness we can discover deeper connections. Together, we will reach for your goals and feel accomplished.

My Role as a Therapist

As a systemic therapist, I strive to create a balanced relationship for each individual. I have discovered that strengthening the system also builds the individual so each can find a fuller more satisfying life. I work with a variety of clients including, families, couples, and individuals of all ages.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

It can be scary to take the first step towards change. However, with a little guidance and encouragement a fuller life can be possible. If you are on the fence, it is okay and totally normal. I offer a 30 minute consultation to spend a little time to discuss what you are looking for and provide an opportunity for you to learn more about me and see if it is a good fit. I also encourage open communication throughout the process and check in often about how you feel progress is moving forward.
