My psychological perspective is humanistic. This holistic view promotes living your life fully, in relationship to yourself, others, the world.
You choose the path and I will help you to unlock your potential. I will help you to restore joy and life energy after a crisis or trauma.
My main training was in Body-Psychotherapy and deeply influenced by Gestalt Therapy.
As a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, I offer tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and learning to deal with anxiety.
The two threads of my life, dancer and psychotherapist, led me to investigate the multiple interactions between mind, emotions and body.
My practice of yoga and meditation are a daily journey of self-awareness and development.
I am in regular supervision and committed to continuous professional development, through trainings, workshops, and study.
