My Approach to Helping
Bettina Kealy, B.A., M.A., R.P. is a Registered Psychotherapist who is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has been practicing in the mental health field for 15 years, providing counselling, psychotherapy and other mental health services to individuals with depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses. Bettina has also been providing family and couples/marriage counselling for several years as well as counselling to address issues such as grief, low self-esteem, and chronic stress. Bettina also has years of experience working in a clinical supervisory role, training and providing clinical supervision to developing psychotherapists. Bettina provides counselling and psychotherapy services to adults, youth, and children.
Bettina is a Masters-level psychotherapist who obtained her Masters in Counselling from Yorkville University in 2012; she also has a B.A. in Psychology from Laurentian University.
