My Approach to Helping
My approach starts with meeting you where you are. I love watching people overcome hopelessness and worry. I integrate clinical training (Ex: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma informed therapy) with faith (Ex: prayer and scripture). Everyone is different so I adjust the interventions based on you.
In additional to individual counseling I also provide couples counseling. When working with couples I have them complete a customized assessment that will give me insight as to the areas for potential growth. Most couples who complete the assessment come in for 6-10 sessions. I strongly believe that a healthy marriage is vital to living an abundant life.
Sessions can take place at my office or online via a confidential video chat room.
