My Approach to Helping
Building a relationship is key as is gaining trust. I am down to earth, open and honest and treat others how I wish to be treated. I have a passion and purpose in helping others conquer that which impedes them from living the highest quality of life and the ability to genuinely express positive perspective. I am an active duty Air Force Veteran and I often reach out to communities with less access to care. I am flexible in helping those in need as well as removing the stigma of mental health.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
The thought of going to counseling can cause a lot of discomfort due to reliving memories and sharing personal information to a stranger. Just know everything is confidential and I do my very best in helping you feel at ease, share some things about my own life such as the difficulties and struggles I have overcome and provide a guideline with what therapy will look like going forward. Therapy is for anyone wanting to change or improve something about our lives.
