My Approach to Helping
Do you feel stressed and unmotivated? Do you find it challenging to cope with sadness and relationship issues? Do you feel that life is becoming too difficult to handle? I believe that there's always a way to move forward and start healing. Even in the darkest of times, there's always a glimmer of hope that we need to hold on to in order to navigate our way towards recovery. What really matters is that you're seeking help instead of giving up. This means that you're becoming ready to work on yourself and improve your well-being. I use a combination of different modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and client-centered approach. I offer therapy for people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, PTSD, complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, relationship problems, and life transitions. I also offer therapy for people who have experienced childhood traumas or are recovering from narcissistic abuse neglectful parenting.
