My Approach to Helping
I don't know if any of us could have predicted that 2020 would bring us so many challenges. Living during times of crisis can be more stressful and overwhelming, which can make dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and relationship issues even harder. Asking for help, and taking time to take care of your mental health is a healthy and important part of handling it all. With all of us going through so much, it's even more important than ever to take good care of ourselves.
More Info About My Practice
I'm good at helping people feel safe, and at helping them learn new ways to manage stress and anxiety. I've seen my clients make changes in their lives for the better by setting boundaries and taking the steps they need to take better care of themselves. I help people heal, and find a greater sense of peace.
I provide teletherapy sessions for Utah residents statewide, and social distanced, in person sessions with face coverings. Current openings.
