My Approach to Helping
I'm good at helping people feel safe, and at helping them learn new ways to manage stress and anxiety. I've seen my clients make changes in their lives for the better by setting boundaries and taking the steps they need to take better care of themselves. I help people heal, and find a greater sense of peace.

I have experience helping people with addiction, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I also work with people going through faith or religious crisis. I offer telehealth sessions on Saturdays and Mondays.
