I hold a deep understanding of the pressures and stressors one can experience when navigating through life and how it affects the various social relationships along the way. Whether you are seeing me on your own or with your loved one(s), I will support you in discovering your voice and strengths, while becoming more confident working through personal changes that come with their own challenges but also opportunities.
We will work to solve current problems or recurring difficulties from the past and improve helpful thinking and behaviors. I will help you "re-frame" your reactions, discover a different perspective, and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life's obstacles, such as how to establish healthy boundaries and assert your needs.
