My Approach to Helping
Therapy should be a safe place for people. My goal as a therapist is for the clients to feel heard and valued. It is my privilege to be allowed into people's lives and have them share their deepest thoughts and feelings.
I have been working as a therapist since 2006. I have worked in private practice and medical settings. I specialize in working with people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, co-parenting issues, grief, and medical issues.
