Reaching out to ask for support; talking to a complete stranger about troubling things; protecting the image you've shown the public - these are no easy tasks for anyone. Finding the right counselor to provide you compassionate care should not be one more burden on your shoulders. I've been in this field for nearly 30 years. I've walked alongside so many people who were once where you might be today. I am well trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches: rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) - and I maintain a grounded connection to my empathic nature - reaching right back out to steady you on your journey of personal development.
