My Approach to Helping

Aubrey Hahn believes that counseling can help individuals, couples, children and families find their way back to health and wholeness. Everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling, rewarding life. However, personal struggles, relationship conflicts, or challenging situations may be getting in the way of your forward progress. It's during these challenging situations when having some to listen and help process is most important. Aubrey creates a space for her clients to be able to work towards their goals, however that may look for them as well as understand the struggles they are facing. She believes that in order to be able to face instability, addiction, abuse, etc., her clients need to regain their strength and self-esteem. Aubrey's therapy is based around listening, understanding each client's individual story, and working towards empowerment to break through the negative cycles of life.
Aubrey has a unique background working with families struggling through trauma, addiction, and the many other issues that can arise, especially in blended families. She has worked with adults, teens, and young children suffering abuse, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, and depression.
Aubrey encourages her clients to bring everything to the table, good or bad. She wants to help guide them through those negative cycles, find strength, and mold a hopeful future.
