Being happily married for a little over two decades myself, I have learned what it takes to remain in a marriage when you are experiencing pain and uncertainty. As a mother of four, I understand parents and children's challenges with anxiety and depression. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families work through the pain of trauma, and mistrust. I walk with individuals giving them tools to have a happier and emotionally healthier life.
I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients become more aware of toxic thinking, that leads to an undesirable behavior. I help them re-train toxic thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts for a more desired behavior. I use Emotional Focus Therapy for those who are dealing with past pain and childhood trauma.
