My Approach to Helping
I am excited to know that you have taken the first steps to receiving therapy. In a world of struggles and difficulties, therapy allows individuals the space to talk about their issues while receiving support.
My goal as your therapist is to collaborate with you to meet your goals. I come alongside individuals to help them with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and body image issues. I promote and believe in personal growth, showing empathy, dignity, and worth. I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate space in therapy for individuals to be themselves. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approach to my practice. My hope is that you will gain the tools necessary as you navigate the struggles and difficulties of this life.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
Therapy is a place in which individuals have a space to process the things going on in their lives. They collaborate with trained and compassionate professionals who seek to understand one's live experiences, while using active listening skills, validation, and are shown empathy. Using exploration of childhood to adulthood experiences one can learn the patterns they have and learn different ways to change and meet their goals.
My Role as a Therapist
I will offer an objective point of view. Friends and loved ones tend to offer advice based on their experiences. Therapy sessions will be focused on you to get an understanding of things from your perspective. My job is to help you discover and meet your goals for therapy. I believe a client-therapist relationship, should include respect, boundaries, and a practice of being professional.
