My Approach to Helping
With over 10 years experience working in mental health settings, I have witnessed how resilient people are. You are the
expert of your life and I am honored to walk alongside you to help you develop ways to adapt, adjust , accept and
overcome difficult life situations. I provide a welcoming and accepting space for you to come to and feel safe talking
about whatever struggle you are facing. Since each person I interact with is a unique individual, I pull from a variety of
therapy techniques so that the treatment you receive is individualized to meet your needs. I tend to be goal oriented and
use the strengths you already have to build from.
You do not have to manage the overwhelming feelings of life on your own. Together we will develop a plan that is individualized to meet your needs and identified goals.
