Hello! My name is Ashley and I am the proud owner & creator of North Cook Counseling where I offer couples, family, individual, and group therapy. Regardless of the type of session being held, I am committed to treating the 'whole person.' You are not just a set of symptoms entering into therapy; you are someone with a rich and often painful history of experiences, stemming from identity, cultural expectations, and relationships.

In addition to helping clients work through anxiety, depression, grieving and other daily hindering symptoms, I also specialize in assisting clients explore issues around trauma and domestic violence, well as concerns regarding LGBTQ issues, racial identity, and gender identity.
