My Approach to Helping
Do your relationships feel more difficult than you want them to be? Do you struggle with managing your emotions and feeling unsatisfied? I help clients navigate the human experience so that life doesn't feel so heavy. My style is unique and integrative drawing on the most valuable life lessons and tools I have learned through my education and practice; things I wish I had learned as a teenager and I think everyone should learn early on in life, but typically don't. I have experience with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, infidelity, divorce, and overall life dissatisfaction. My natural curiosity about interpersonal relationships and what makes them work in the most optimal ways is what led me to a career in Psychology. I strongly believe that the connection and chemistry between a therapist and a client are of utmost importance in order to get the work done. My approach is very empowering, encouraging, interactive, productive, and caring. I seek to learn the inner world of my clients and support them on their journey. Together, we can identify negative thinking patterns that cause unhappiness and work to create narratives that serve you better. I will help you find solutions and work towards a more fulfilled life in which the focus will be creating happiness from within and finding your power that you didn't know was there.
