My Approach to Helping

If things are difficult and not improving; if you have seen other therapists and they did not help; if you are looking to improve the quality of your life or your child's; give me a call. Together we will help identify your strengths which will allow you to make active choices that improve your emotional health.

I have specific training and experience with children three to 18 years of age, who struggle with behavioral problems, grief and loss, PTSD, relational issues, attention deficit disorder, depression, anxiety, and physical illnesses. I have experience working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and adult survivors of sexual assault. My experience has been working in a community clinic, elementary school, and a private practice helping people navigate their way through some of the most difficult problems in their lives.

I am under the supervision of a highly skilled marriage family therapist Tara Sindler. You deserve the best care, from a therapist who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and able to provide the best possible treatment.
