My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling hopeless, trapped, or lonely? Are you experiencing loss or grief? Are you going through a major change in your life (i.e. career change, difficulties adjusting to a new environment, school issues, etc.)? Do you need someone to talk to in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, someone who can help you reach your potentials through collaborative goal setting?
I offer evidence-based treatment that is appropriate to your needs. I focus on challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors by helping you to improve emotional regulation and utilize healthy coping skills. I help client to live in the present moment, deal with stress, and improve relationships.

If you are an adult female looking for a supportive and therapeutic environment where you can process concerns that affect women with other women who can relate and encourage positive change then my 8 week group therapy session is the right fit, we will discuss topics ranging from anxiety and depression in women to career and parenting challenges.
