My Approach to Helping

In my practice, I help individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, anger, and parent-child issues. I'm passionate about helping adolescents and young adults get to know different facets of themselves and discover their values, identities, and strengths. The teenage years can be confusing, overwhelming, and intense for all members of the family. I enjoy navigating this time with teens and their parents to thrive and prepare for meaningful lives as adults.

I have the privilege of working with young adults who often say they live with feelings of overwhelm, hopelessness, and uncertainty. In addition to psychotherapy, I help my clients achieve personal and relationship growth with art, dream analysis, sand tray, and mindfulness to promote wholeness and awareness.

I offer genuine compassion, curiosity, and care. My professional and personal experiences have taught me that, when the soul demands change, the journey can be both satisfying and scary. I'd be honored to help you learn to listen to your inner knowledge.
