Living a good life is hard. Deciding to see a therapist is harder. My goal is to create a safe space for you to be yourself and help you uncover and explore stories and beliefs that may be undermining your ability to live an authentic life. I bring a deep commitment to mindfulness in my work, teaching clients to work with their thoughts, feelings, and bodies, building resilience to cope with life's many stresses.
I work with clients to help them better regulate emotions and increase awareness of unwanted thoughts and feelings using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Biofeedback, and Schema focused approaches. These techniques have shown to be particularly useful for panic attacks and anxiety issues with many clients.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

I often say to people that everyone should spend some time in therapy. It certainly is NOT a sign of weakness, rather it signals a commitment to being a better person, which in my estimation, is about BRAVERY.
