My Approach to Helping
Hey! I’m Antoinette and I know all about feeling desperate for someone to come to the rescue. When I was a little girl I wanted my mother to have a GOOD therapist to help her really LIVE life instead of sleeping it away. She was my motivation- I grew up to be the kind of therapist I thought she needed and I’ve shared my passion with thousands of people over the last 15 years.
I think of therapy as giving you a “Mental Health Makeover”. Just like a traditional makeover, we’ll talk about what’s working for you mentally and discuss how to replace what ISN’T working for you. I always consider how you’re doing in the process and I do my best not to waste your time. My favorite makeovers include anxiety, “regular” and bipolar depression, childhood trauma, self-concept, grief and loss, adjustment issues, performance improvement, sleep disturbance, work stress & career counseling, and personal development.
