My Approach to Helping
To others, you appear to have it all together; but inside you feel as though you’re barely treading water. It’s exhausting. Day in and day out, you go through the motions of life; sometimes it’s all you can do to make it through the day. Your past haunts you; you can’t escape. You long for peace, some quietness to just be. And live. But some days you just struggle to get out of bed. Feeling alone with all the thoughts and feelings is overwhelming. You need space to breathe. To be heard. To be known. To be accepted for being you-REALLY you. You long for connection with others, but you feel so alone. How will this ever get better?

You are ready to work through painful life events to create a vibrant life of purpose, authentic relationships with meaningful connections, and become who you were created to be.
