Everyone is unique in what they have gone through and the ways they have manged the difficulties in their life. I take pride in providing a non-judgmental, safe place where we can work together to find ways of managing your stressors, learn healthier ways of coping and working through what may be holding you back from making those changes right now. Everyone is capable of change and everyone has the potential to be their best self.

When you contact me, I will respond promptly (usually in 24 hours or less) and we will discuss your therapy needs and what you are looking for from therapy. I will answer any questions you may have. I am usually flexible in my schedule and have evening and weekend availability .
