My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is simple: You and I are a team. I believe most people have insight into their lives but may need a partner or coach to help figure out that missing piece. I have training in various theoretical orientations which means I will collaborate with you on the approach works best for you. Going to therapy or reaching out for help can be scary and overwhelming whether it is the first or 100th time, so be proud of yourself for following through.
