My Approach to Helping
I believe in your innate capacity to shed the stuck emotions and limiting beliefs that may be diminishing your clarity and confidence. While we enter therapy for different reasons, such as grappling with difficult circumstances, feeling overwhelmed by too many demands, or burdened by relationship challenges, we are all looking for a way to feel better. I have found that learning how to access our core emotions is central to becoming more grounded and secure within ourselves and with others.
In our work together, you will experience feeling safe, seen, and understood. I will work alongside you, guiding you toward the change you desire, at a pace that is right for you. You will learn to navigate your emotional landscape and discover the benefits of engaging with productive core emotions that leave you feeling grounded, and relieved.
