My Approach to Helping
I have a warm and open therapeutic style. I approach therapy from the belief that everyone, regardless of age or circumstance, longs to be seen and understood. From this perspective, I strive to understand each patient and work collaboratively to establish a strong therapeutic alliance and create space where an individual can feel supported, heard, and cared for.
