My Approach to Helping
Thank you for taking your first step in your therapeutic healing journey with me! I will provide a holistic approach to therapy and it will be delivered in a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental manner. Therapy is not one size fits all and I prefer to use an eclectic approach. Some therapeutic approaches I use include, but am not limited to include solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and play therapy.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, scrapbooking, and being in the great outdoors!
