My Approach to Helping
As I walked through many personal difficult experiences in my life, I learned what I wanted from a good therapist. I have dedicated the last 10 years to become such a therapist for people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and tragic loss or overwhelming stress. I use an eclectic approach that provides results fast, CBT or EMDR for anxiety and trauma, Seeking Safety for substance abuse anxiety and depression, art therapy with children, or anyone who struggles to find words to express their emotions. I hope to ease emotional pain and empower you to make clear choices on your journey through life.
