My Approach to Helping

I offer my clients a free consultation so they can assess whether I'm the right therapist for them. I extend a confidential, safe, nurturing environment to all of my clients, and I aim to help you talk about your emotions to determine if we're a good fit.

My earliest training focused primarily on young adults, adolescents, and their families, and in subsequent years I've had extensive training on working with adults. I know that every person has the internal resources to achieve a happier healthier life; the key is activating those resources. I collaborate with each of my clients to help them uncover problematic patterns and build upon healthy tools and strengths. It's my goal to help my clients find better, happier ways of being in the world.
