My Approach to Helping
I can help you create the life balance that you crave. We will focus on identifying meaningful actions to create a fulfilled life that is values-driven. One of my specialties is teaching clients specific tools to help manage anxiety and depression in a healthy way. I believe that the you are the expert in your life and that I am a guide to assist you in discovering your own inner wisdom. I draw on my experience and training as a yoga teacher to help with specific needs such as management of anxiety or stress. I support the whole person in discovering your innate healing capacity.
