My Approach to Helping
Taking the first step is the hardest, so let's take the next step together. You have always been a motivated person. Others view you as confident, successful and going places. You are forward focused and have a vision for what you want, but each time you try to take action something gets in your way. Second guessing yourself and worrying about the judgement of others is starting to wear you down. Anxiety and your constant drive for perfection is distracting and you would so much rather feel calm, focused and happy. Lately, on the inside, you feel unfulfilled and stuck. You are looking to gain insight into how to accept your imperfections and stop being so hard on yourself. You really want to learn to cope and overcome the frustrations that are making you unhappy. I am here to help you gather the tools to manage these challenges and move forward.
Learning to live life confidently and happily, means spending less time thinking about what did or could go wrong and more time living your life. Imagine a life where you can make mistakes and not rehash them constantly or beat yourself up about it. A life where you are able to navigate difficult situations that come your way and deal with them head on; if not preventing them in the first place. Through skill building, insight and true understanding it is possible to learn to accept your imperfections, manage your anxiety and create a life without overwhelming self-doubt.
My passion is to partner with women to feel more confident and empowered in their lives, so they can reach their goals and achieve their dreams. I believe that all women have the ability to create the life they want without fear, anxiety and self-doubt stopping them in their tracks.My practice is the place for women want to navigate the twists and turns of life and work with confidence and ease. They have aspirations, but they want and want to understand themselves and why they can’t get there. They are ready for change.
