My Approach to Helping
Throughout life we face many struggles, challenges, and unpleasant emotions and events, and therapy can be a helpful platform to ease emotional burden and increase balance and fulfillment in life. I want to work alongside you towards pursuing a life that inspires you as you become your favorite version of yourself. I am honored by my clients who choose to trust me during their therapeutic journey, one that is filled with growth, acceptance, and empowerment leading towards goal attainment and self-discovery.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions using evidence-based practices. I utilize several evidenced-based practices including ACT, DBT, and CBT, and incorporate these approaches to meet the needs of each individual person.
My role as a therapist is to help you recover your true sense of self by learning to make healthier choices and improve relationships with yourself and others. I believe that therapy can be a fulfilling, empowering experience.
