My Approach to Helping
I’m a marriage and family therapist dedicated to cultivating therapeutic relationships with couples, families, and/or individuals. I help my clients understand their individual and collective goals, using relational and systemic perspectives.
Change can be stressful and painful, but I partner with clients to ensure they have clarity and are mindful of treatment goals.
I help my clients identify unhealthy patterns that permeate their relationships, thereby empowering them to lead more fulfilling lives. I prioritize familial hierarchies, interpersonal challenges, and attachments. I closely work with individuals and families facing issues such as divorce, infidelity, relationship problems, and premarital counseling.
What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
There is a sense of bravery and courage that comes along with facing life's challenges head on.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to help my clients feel confident, able and ready to take the necessary steps, so that they can live more fulfilling lives that enable them feel healthy and whole. I encourage my clients to embrace their journey and to open themselves up to the possibility of joy, happiness and satisfaction. Although change can be difficult, I encourage individuals and couples to consider the idea of living a life that is truly genuine and that makes them happy. I meet my clients where they are clinically on their personal journey, and together we work closely to manifest their visions for their lives.
