My Approach to Helping
I provide therapy for individuals and couples in a safe, judgment-free environment. I've helped many people overcome obstacles to satisfaction in life, which can lead to transformation and empowerment.
As an eclectic therapist, I use a combination of techniques which I then tailor to the individual. My work is collaborative, and I often focus on the “here and now,” incorporating additional techniques including mindfulness, body awareness, and EMDR.
