My Approach to Helping
Life can be wonderful. It can also be stressful and difficult. This may be due to a recent change, the buildup of burnout, or a traumatic experience that happened at any time in your life.
I am here to help you navigate through that because everyone needs someone sometimes. While we explore what you want, identify obstacles, and learn skills, I will be a source of support and encouragement for you. I use a lot of creativity during the process to encourage and empower you to be a part of your own life.
As a general practitioner, I have worked with a broad range of needs and age ranges. My specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, domestic violence, women’s issues, parenting, and trauma. I use modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Choice Theory, and Solution Focused.
