My Approach to Helping
Are you wanting something different in your life but are feeling stuck and maybe even lost? The journey towards healing and growth can be messy and complicated. Life experiences can leave us with a web of emotions and thoughts that can be tricky to navigate alone. We can also develop patterns within ourselves and with others that make change hard. However, I firmly believe psychotherapy can help you create lasting change in your life. I work with my clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and their struggles in order to create room for healing and growth within themselves and in their relationships.
I provide an open, curious, and empathic approach to therapy. I am passionate about my work with clients and strive to help them to feel seen, heard, and understood. My specialties include perfectionism, self-esteem, body-image issues, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity development, and trauma and recovery.
