My Approach to Helping

I can help you dig deep and understand who you are underneath the mask you have carefully created, because therapy should be a place where you discover and embrace your true self. Sessions with me are about understanding your internal world, healing from painful wounds, and figuring out the barriers that keep you from feeling fulfilled and whole in your life. Together, we will help you feel safe, accepted, self-confident, and trust in your own voice again. We will go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
