My Approach to Helping
There are times in life in which everyone needs support. At times, anxiety or depression can become so overwhelming. At other times it might be intimate relationships that cause pain and confusion. Connection with one's parents or children can also be a source of struggle and frustration. Sometimes it is work or a career that feels stagnant. Whether you are struggling with painful emotions, need support with relationships, or are in a time of transition, I am honored to help. My goal is to help you integrate, or make sense of, your past, your thoughts, and your feelings coming to a place of greater compassion for yourself.
We will address your concerns from a body, mind, and soul perspective. I use methods of talk therapy, mindfulness, and body-centered techniques. But most of all, you can expect therapy tailored to your unique situation, challenges, and goals. I strive to be a loyal ally and advocate for your well-being.
