My Approach to Helping
When you're struggling, finding solutions to your challenges can feel anything straight forward. You may not be sure what to do or even what the problem truly is. You may just feel "off" or disconnected from others around you. You may even feel hopeless that things can get better. There may be times that you ask yourself if change is possible. And the answer to that is yes! It absolutely is!
Creating the life that you want and moving beyond burdens of your past is not only possible, but doable. Even if at times you're unable to see it, you have the strength and ability to reshape your life into what you want. You can live a life that is healthy, happy, and meaningful.
As your therapist, I will work with you to creating a plan suited to your specific needs. Whether you want it's becoming self-empowered, less burdened by your past, or exploring who you are and who you want to be, we will work together to create real change in your life. Even if it seems too daunting, you do not have to go through this process alone.
I am here to walk with you, to hold space with you as you navigate new territory of self-awareness and personal growth, to gently challenge you to overcome your obstacles, and encourage you to become your best self. You have what you need to make a difference in your life.
