My Approach to Helping
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and based on the individual client and what works best for them. I believe counseling is a collaborative effort between the client and myself. I believe each person coming into my office is unique and an individual. Some of my treatment approaches include Art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Counseling, Integrative, Play therapy, Solution-focused, trauma-focused and more.
More Info About My Practice
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas and have been seeing clients for over 7 years. I absolutely love counseling and walking through the process of healing and change with others. I am very laid back and provide all my clients with a safe non-judgmental environment for them to develop and heal to become the healthiest version of themselves they can be. I have seen individual, group and couples counseling for several non-profits. I have taught classes on emotional healing and perform premarital and marital enrichment counseling through Prepare-Enrich.
During my free time, I enjoy laughing with my family, snuggling with my toddler and two dogs, reading, cooking, running, cold weather and just about anything outdoors and in nature.
