My Approach to Helping

(Evening and Weekend availability) Do you spend too much time comparing yourself to others? Are you frustrated in trying to communicate with those you love? Does your career feel like a dead end?

There is HOPE and a way forward. I see people change their lives on a daily basis.

I will be with you on this journey, understanding you, helping you to identify patterns that are getting in your way and encouraging you on your path towards an internal revolution and becoming the best version of you.

More Info About My Practice

Men's issues, relationship problems, money and career issues, procrastination, anxiety, and depression. I work with you through curiosity to fully understand your story. Once your story and problem are in focus, I use a compassionate-directive and coaching approach to help you move forward.

Experience in group counseling, couples counseling and navigating cross-cultural issues. I have special interest and skill in helping couples communicate about money, as this is one of the core problems in partnerships.
