My ideal client is someone who truly wants to change. They must be committed to therapy and utilizing the skills taught, to ensure all goals are met.
My experience is working with individuals (adult, teen, and child), couples, and families dealing with issues related to anger, stress, conflict resolution, abuse, emotions, and mood.
