My Approach to Helping
If you want to solve your personal problems, control your headaches, or other symptoms of stress, anxiety, or depression, and deal more effectively with your loved ones, friends, and coworkers, then I would like to help. If you are self-motivated, sensitive, desire to improve yourself and value personal responsibility, then I believe you are well suited to the type of help provide. If you are not interested in clever explanations that only allow you to blame others, and do not lead you to a happier, more enlightened, and more effective life, then we are already on the same wavelength.
My specialties are biofeedback, stress management, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples, relationship and family therapy, and personal problem-solving. These approaches all share an overarching aim to directly resolve the problems and difficulties that bring patients to me in the first place. My sole aim is to make my patients better, and stronger.
My patients are good people: people who feel a lot, care a lot, try very hard to do a good job, and be responsible. It is only the good people who hold themselves back. It is my mission to strengthen the good people, and to recognize, avoid, deal with people with toxic personalities."
