My Approach to Helping
Do you feel like you are never good enough? Do you frequently overanalyze, feel "stuck" and never get started on your goals? You feel like you are constantly letting yourself and others down, no matter how hard you try to please everyone else. Your feelings of insecurity and worry affect your ability to fully enjoy and savor your work, your day to day, and even your relationships. You find yourself attracted to unavailable partners and feel as though you may be attracting the same person, over and over again. You simply don't feel like you are enough.
I have experience working with individuals who feel they are just "not enough", and have supported them through the process of challenging their limiting beliefs. I understand how childhood experiences can impact our relationships as adults and our ability to love ourselves.
As a clinician, I see my role as the co-pilot for the client on their journey to recovery. I view my clients as experts on their lives, and my role is to offer tools and support for clients to rediscover their own inner wisdom, self-confidence, and self-worth. I am warm, empathic, and authentic. I like to foster an environment of open communication and a safe space to process any questions or concerns.
