My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals to discuss the challenges he or she is facing & to find tools for coping. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, seeking safety, interpersonal therapy, mental health first aid, & wellness practices which have helped my clients with their recovery. I recommend psychotherapy if you are ready to work through a traumatic experience, or ready to grow, learn, or feel better as a person. I believe that everyone should go to psychotherapy at some point in their life because life can be unbearable at times, and I hope to help you during your difficult time.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I truly enjoy seeing my clients' progress in treatment. For instance, it is such a great feeling to know that my client and I worked well to move her from severe depression to no depression. I strongly believe in the value and power of psychotherapy to enhance one's quality of life.
