My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling tired? Are you feeling numb, overwhelmed, guilty, moody, fearful about the future? Going through a traumatic experience changes everything; instead of looking forward to the future, you are now worried that the future is doomed. Sleep is not what used to be: you find yourself sleeping too much or not enough. You feel trapped in an unsafe world.
Imagine what it would be like to wake up in the morning rested and refreshed looking forward to connecting with friends and family. Imagine feeling worthy of love and respect. What would it mean to experience a full and abundant life?
It all begins with the first step. I offer evening appointments. Click on my website to learn more and schedule your free phone consultation.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Due to the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, trauma, and other assorted issues, many people refrain from seeking the help that they so desperately need. We were created as social beings and as such seeking help from others enables us to get the help that we need in order to become empowered to live our lives fully and to thrive on our own. Far from being weak, the desire for change coupled with the action of stepping out in faith to seek the assistance that we so desperately need is actually a sign of courage and strength, and not a sign of weakness. It all begins with that first step of facing the fear and stepping out in faith in order to begin the pathway towards healing.
